Website care is USD 49 a month, Business website care USD 129 and Store/booking website care USD 249 (US prices). Many countries have lower regional prices; the store shows your local price before checkout.

Which plan do I need?

Website care is for an informational site, Business website care adds broken-link checks for a business site, and Store/booking website care is for a site that takes orders or bookings.

Do the plans include updates and fixes?

No. Monitoring and reports only: updates and fixes are applied by you or your web person; hosting/domain separate; no redesign. When the report finds something, you can apply it yourself or order a fix: for example the Website Speed & SEO Fix (USD 149) or general development at USD 40 per hour against an approved estimate.

What happens when my site goes down?

Monitoring checks your site around the clock and sends an alert when it stops responding or the SSL certificate is close to expiry. Our team reviews alerts and reports during business hours.

How do I cancel?

The plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Checkout shows the monthly price, billing date and how to cancel before you pay, and the confirmation email repeats them.
