This notice explains what Tuncer Technologies (“we”, “us”) does with the personal information you give us through this website. We are based in Davao City, Philippines, and we handle personal information in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

When you send a project inquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company (if given), the type of project, your timeline and your message. To keep the form free of spam we also record the time of sending and the technical details your browser shares with any website (IP address and browser type).

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

Why we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss your project with you.
• To prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
• To protect the website and its form from abuse.

We use your information because you asked us to contact you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who receives it

Your inquiry is delivered to our team by email. Our website host and email delivery provider process it on our behalf to make that possible. If your email app opens instead, the message is sent from your own email account to info@pdienterprise.com.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to handle your request and any project that follows, and then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of these, email info@pdienterprise.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Philippine National Privacy Commission.
