Our general Privacy notice covers this website and the contact form. This page adds what happens when you buy a service. For orders billed in the United States and other countries outside the Philippines the controller is Rundzee LLC (14900 Interurban Ave S Ste 271, Tukwila, WA 98168-4654); for the Philippines it is Poseidon Distribution OPC. Both trade as Tuncer Technologies. Contact: admin@rundzee.com.

What we collect and why

• Checkout: your name, email, company, business status and the services you choose, to form and deliver your order.
• Project details and files: the answers and files you send on your private order page, stored in a private Vercel Blob store and used only to deliver your order.
• Acceptance record: the agreement version and its sha256 fingerprint, your typed name, the boxes you ticked, the date and time (UTC), your IP address and browser user agent, kept as evidence of the contract (Agreement 3.2).
• Region: your country, from your IP address and the region you select (stored in a cookie named tt_region), sets currency and contracting entity.

Who we share it with

• Stripe (most countries), PayMongo (Philippines) and Xendit (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam) process your payment and billing details and email your receipt. Payment details go directly to them and never touch our servers. Vercel hosts this site and stores order records and files.
• Resend delivers our order confirmation and internal order emails.
• Vercel hosts this website and provides the IP-based country used for regional pricing.

We do not sell personal information. We keep order records for as long as needed for the contract, accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal data, and US residents may exercise applicable state privacy rights (for example under the CCPA/CPRA), by emailing admin@rundzee.com. Data Protection Officer, admin@rundzee.com.
