What’s included

Not included / limits

  • 12-month minimum term from launch, then month to month until you cancel
  • Unused edit hours expire
  • Ad spend, stock photos and extra pages separate
  • After the minimum term you can cancel anytime and keep your domain and a copy of your site files
  • Anything not listed under “What’s included” is extra: buy the matching add-on in the store
  • Taxes, third-party fees (hosting, domains, app-store accounts, licences, ad spend, AI usage) are paid by you

What you pay

  • 100% every month, in advance · USD 99 / month

Monthly subscription from activation. Charged automatically each month by Stripe. Cancel by email; care plans required by an app package have a 12-month minimum.

Approximate work hours

Up to 2 technical hours / month. Estimated as price ÷ our general development rate (USD 40 / hour), so you can compare items. Actual hours vary; you pay the listed price, not a timesheet.

Average estimate, not a fixed deadline. Time starts after we receive your materials. Third-party approvals (app stores, payment gateways, platforms) are outside it.

What we need from you after purchase

  • Fill in the project form on your private order page (link in your confirmation email)
  • One contact person who can approve work by email
  • Your logo and brand colours
  • Text for each page and photos (or tell us which stock style you like)
  • Domain name, and hosting access if you already have it (sent securely, never in the form)
  • Timely review of deliverables; timelines pause while we wait for materials

Questions

Who will contact me?
A team member emails you from admin@tuncertech.com within 24 business hours of payment. Business hours are Manila time, Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00, excluding Philippine public holidays.
How do progress updates work?
You get an email at each stage: Received → Assigned → In progress → Review → Delivered. Your private order page shows the same timeline.
How do I send my files?
After payment you get a private link to a project form where you describe your goals and upload logos, pictures, text and documents.
What if I need more?
Buy the matching add-on in the store (for example extra pages, more hours or a care plan). Order online. Fixed price, written scope, progress updates by email.
