Who will contact me?

A team member emails you from admin@rundzee.com within 24 business hours of payment. Business hours are Manila time, Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00, excluding Philippine public holidays.

How do progress updates work?

You get an email at each stage: Received → Assigned → In progress → Review → Delivered. Your private order page shows the same timeline.

How do I send my files?

After payment you get a private link to a project form where you describe your goals and upload logos, pictures, text and documents.

What if I need more?

Buy the matching add-on in the store (for example extra pages, more hours or a care plan). Order online. Fixed price, written scope, progress updates by email.
