A08 Courier app maintenance — USD 249 / month App packages need a 12-month care plan: monitoring, updates and up to 4 technical hours / month. It is added to your cart with the package and cannot be removed on its own.
What you pay

Orders up to USD 5,000 (one-time items, US list price) are paid in full at checkout. If your whole order is above that, you choose at checkout: pay in full with 5% off, or 50% today and 50% before launch.
Approximate work hours
≈ 87 work hours (average estimate). Estimated as price ÷ our general development rate (USD 40 / hour), so you can compare items. Actual hours vary; you pay the listed price, not a timesheet.
Average timeline
Average estimate, not a fixed deadline. Time starts after we receive your materials. Third-party approvals (app stores, payment gateways, platforms) are outside it.
What we need from you after purchase
- Fill in the project form on your private order page (link in your confirmation email)
- One contact person who can approve work by email
- Business name, logo and colours for each app
- Cities or areas you serve and your fees
- Your own Apple/Google developer accounts and payment-gateway merchant account
- Timely review of deliverables; timelines pause while we wait for materials

Questions
- Who will contact me?
- A team member emails you from admin@rundzee.com within 24 business hours of payment. Business hours are Manila time, Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00, excluding Philippine public holidays.
- How do progress updates work?
- You get an email at each stage: Received → Assigned → In progress → Review → Delivered. Your private order page shows the same timeline.
- How do I send my files?
- After payment you get a private link to a project form where you describe your goals and upload logos, pictures, text and documents.
- What if I need more?
- Buy the matching add-on in the store (for example extra pages, more hours or a care plan). Order online. Fixed price, written scope, progress updates by email.
