We serve clients in the United States remotely. Our companies are based in the United States (Rundzee, LLC, Washington State) and the Philippines (Davao City). Everything, from order to handover, runs online by email and ticket.
Can I pay in USD?
Our U.S. company, Rundzee, LLC, is a Washington State LLC; U.S. orders are paid by card through Stripe in USD.
How do we communicate during the project?
Through your private order page and ticket thread, with email updates. We work Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Manila time, and the site shows those hours in your local time.
