Mga Tuntunin sa Domain Registration

1. You are the registrant

Every domain is registered in your name (or your organisation’s name) as the registrant — never in ours. We act as a reseller of an ICANN-accredited registrar, and the registrar’s registration agreement also applies to you.

2. ICANN rights and responsibilities

3. Accurate WHOIS / contact data

You must give accurate, current contact details and update them within 7 days of any change. Inaccurate or unverified details can lead to suspension or cancellation of the domain by the registrar. You must respond to the registrar’s email verification request (usually within 15 days).

Where available, privacy protection hides your personal details from public WHOIS; the registrar still holds them.

4. Transfers

Under the ICANN Transfer Policy, a domain cannot be transferred to another registrar for 60 days after registration, after a transfer in, or after a change of registrant. Outside these periods we provide the authorisation (EPP) code from the client area.

5. Renewal and expiry

Auto-renew is on by default and can be switched off in the client area. We send reminders about 30, 7 and 1 days before expiry. After expiry the domain may stop working and enter a redemption period; restoring it then incurs a redemption fee.

6. No refunds

Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are non-refundable once processed by the registry.

7. Disputes and abuse

Domain disputes are subject to the UDRP and applicable registry policies.

To report spam, malware, phishing, copyright or other abuse, open a ticket at /support and choose the Abuse department (until that department exists: choose Technical and start the subject with “ABUSE”). We acknowledge abuse reports within 24 hours and act on credible reports promptly.
